SHIPPING POLICY.

Orders ship from within Europe. Estimated delivery windows, where provided, are approximate and not guaranteed. Timelines vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and order volume.

If an order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation and refund, subject to the applicable terms and payment method. Once an order has shipped, it’s no longer eligible for cancellation through this standard pre-shipment process — from that point, the Returns terms below apply instead.

Tracking information is provided where available once an order has been dispatched. Tracking visibility depends on the carrier and destination and may be limited for some international routes.

Delays can occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside PEPTIDEHOOD’s direct control. A delay alone does not indicate a lost shipment.

If a package appears lost after a reasonable period past its estimated delivery window, contact PEPTIDEHOOD with the order details. Lost-package cases are reviewed individually and, where confirmed, are handled at PEPTIDEHOOD’s discretion.

Damage should be reported with photo evidence as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Reported damage is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to clear customs are reviewed individually. Reshipment, where available, may be subject to additional cost.

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or other destination-country requirements. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination jurisdiction. PEPTIDEHOOD does not make declarations intended to circumvent customs review.

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact PEPTIDEHOOD before returning an item.

Reshipment eligibility depends on the circumstances of the original delivery issue, confirmation of non-delivery, and destination restrictions, and is determined at PEPTIDEHOOD’s discretion.

PEPTIDEHOOD does not ship to destinations where doing so would violate applicable law, carrier policy, or operational restrictions. Availability by destination may change without notice.
